🛡️ Zero-Tolerance Approach
Chami has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. Any users not upholding Chami's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) as outlined below face removal from Chami and potential actions by law enforcement.
Policies
Age Restriction
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use Chami.
- Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
- Chami uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to actions such as:
Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
- Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited
- Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
- Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors
- Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors
- Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors
Underage Appearance on the Platform
- Underage appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited
- Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors
- Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform
Reporting Mechanism
- Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law
- Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting function or by contacting us via the feedback feature
Prohibited Users
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Chami.
Execution and Transparency
Enforcement Measures
- All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalty
- Depending on the severity of the violation, Chami may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigations
User Education
We educate users on child safety through:
- Child Safety Policy on our platform
- Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations
